At the popular public demand BSNA is sponsoring an exciting event in Las Vegas on 29 December 2010. All are invited and believe it or not, you pay nothing to BSNA. No registration fee, No meal fee. No entertainment fee. No nothing! Your presence itself is enormously valuable to our community.
Las Vegas is considered the entertainment capital of the world. People come from all over the world. Below is an offer that one cannot and should not refuse.

Conference Date: 29 December 2010, 9.00 AM to Midnight

Venue: Please click or paste www.mardigrasinn.com to get a virtual tour of where you will be staying. You room is a large full size suit near Las Vegas Convention Center.
Transport: Hotel offers free shuttle service from Las Vegas airport to the hotel for those who arrive by air.

Every 15 minutes hotel offers free shuttle service from the hotel to Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip). The strip is within walking distance from the hotel.

There is a Mono Rail stop 500 yards from the hotel for those who wish to see Las Vegas on a mono rail. You may buy single journey ticket or whole day pass for unlimited travel. Some people share their day pass with friends when not using it.

Room Rates: $30 + 12% Tax per day for two people. Most hotels in Las Vegas add miscellaneous fees. In our case, No resort fee, No booking fee, No telephone fee, No Energy fee, No hotel surcharges etc.

Children: Youth up to 17 years stay free with adults. Over 18+ years old Youth is considered adult. For additional adult staying in the same room the additional charge is $10.00 + 12% Tax per person per room per night (max of 4 persons in one room).

Reservations: Individual must call Room Reservations at 702-7312020 between the hours of 8AM to 6PM PST to confirm/change/cancel each reservation. Mention Group code # 2090

Please note BSNA is not responsible for your room and incidental charges.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to each arrival date.

Special promotions or Coupons: You will automatically qualify to receive any value added coupons such as free meals, free drinks, free gambling, and free entertainment whenever it is offered.

Food: Pay as you go. There are unlimited restaurants in Las Vegas with all kind of food. All casinos offer Buffet lunch and dinner. There are many Indian restaurants nearby. Details will be provided soon.

Beverage: Pay as you go or you may bring your own supply. There is a refrigerator in the room. Coffee is provided free in each room.

Internet: Provided free in the room

Hotel Parking: Free

Local Telephone calls: Free

Sightseeing: You may wish to take day trips to Grand Canyon, Death Valley or Hoover Dam with a shared car or take a packaged tour. You may start forming your groups on the Interactive Forum of www.bsna.org. Go to www.viator.com for many listing of “Things to do”.

Real Estate: Perhaps you may wish to explore the Real estate market in Las Vegas which is very depressed. Please find your own agent.

Extended Stay: BSNA has negotiated cheaper rates in the above hotel if you wish to stay longer. Below are given the rates for:

26 December 2010 = $30 + Tax
27 December 2010 = $30 + Tax
28 December 2010 = $30 + Tax
29 December 2010 = $30 + Tax
30 December 2010 = $68 + Tax
Booking process is same as above.

Please note all rates are valid for as long as BSNA blocked rooms last. Therefore, it is in your best interest to reserve your rooms as early as possible. You may cancel the reservations later if your plans change.

Conference: The conference room has been booked from 9AM to midnight on 29 December 2010. Food is NOT allowed in the conference room.
