BSNA 2008 Convention Web Registration Form
Note: You can use this form to make your registration conveniently. Please fill in the information in the form and hit "Submit" once.  Clicking submit will lead you to the next page. (If it does not, it means that all required information is not filled.) The content of this form are not encrypted, they are as secure as sending any email. 

To pay for your registration fee by credit card, click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page. Your payment will be processed by PAYPAL system.  The paypal keeps confidential all your information and does not share it with BSNA or any one else.  After the transaction is complete, the fee is deposited in the BSNA account.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you may download here the convention registration form.  Print the form, complete it, and mail it with your check to the address on the registration form.

BSNA membership is required for convention registration. If you are not a member, please download here the membership application and send the completed application with $35 membership fee to the address on the form.

One adult, one night (Saturday)--$250 (add $50 after April 30)
One adult, two nights (Fri & Sat)--$350 (add $50 after April 30)
Two adults, one night (Saturday)--$375 (add $100 after April 30)
Two adults, two nights (Fri & Sat)--$450 (add $100 after April 30)
Each child over 5yrs sharing room with adults--$99x(# children)
Each child under 5 yrs--Free
Membership Fee (required if you are not a Life Members)--$35
